SADCO Nursery Group has acquired a group of three Scottish nurseries, bringing its portfolio up to seven settings across Fife and Glasgow.

The SADCO group has acquired Peek-a-Boo Nursery group, established in 2005, which comprises three children’s day nurseries located on the east coast of Scotland in Kirkcaldy, Markinch, and Leven. The group offers a total of 132 nursery places, and all settings are in partnership with Fife Council to provide 1,140 hours of government-funded childcare (three to five years).

Peek-a-Boo founder Lynne Kivistik said: “I started the business in 2005 after buying and converting a beautiful building dated 1915 into my first nursery. I am now retiring after establishing, over the years, a further two nurseries in Fife.”
