The Working Mums Club is set to open its second nursery and co-working office space in January 2027.

The building, located in Surrey Quays, east London, will also include a café and dedicated provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), which is being shaped with the help of local parents. The nursery, located in a former yoga studio, will have capacity for 27 children with the potential to go up to 43.

“When I set up The Working Mums Club my aim was always to be on every high street across the UK,” said founder Jennifer Sutcliffe. “Expanding to our second site in Surrey Quays just six months after opening the first in Deptford is a testament to parents wanting flexible childcare and a model where they can work on site.” 

 The Working Mums Club plans to open 25 settings by 2030.
