Sunrise Day Nursery, located in Sutton Coldfield, has been sold to experienced operators. The setting received the offer after just over a month on the market, with the deal reaching completion in October 2021.

Operating from a detached property, the setting offers exemplary levels of childcare to 70 children from the age of 3 months to 5 years. Since its establishment over 15 years ago, Sunrise Day Nursery has established an excellent reputation in the local area and was rated ‘Good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

The setting is complemented by a highly qualified team of staff who have played a significant role in the success of the setting, with the nursery often enjoying referrals and recommendations.
