Tops Day Nurseries has achieved B Corp certification, showing its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

B Corp certification is awarded to businesses that meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.

To achieve B Corp status, companies must undergo a detailed assessment and gain a minimum score of 80 out of 200. Tops Day Nurseries achieved a score of 141.2.

The company has banned glitter to reduce plastic waste and encourages the use of reusable nappies to minimize environmental impact.
