Social Business Trust survey
Following the recent Spring Budget announcement around childcare reforms the Social Business Trust Survey launched.
The non-profit, that works in the education and the early years sector, aims to gauge what the current and future training and development requirements are across all UK nurseries in order to attract and retain talent.
Recruitment across the sector has reached a breaking point and with the increase in National Living Wage many providers are struggling to stay financially afloat.
The Social Business Trust survey will take between 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
June O’Sullivan, chief executive of London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) said:
“If we, as a sector, are to continue doing what we do best and that’s delivering high quality teaching and early years education, then we need to understand exactly what will be most beneficial to practitioners. As a charitable social enterprise, LEYF has been a close supporter of Social Business Trust for many years and is helping them to maximise participation in this survey in order to gather as much valuable insight as possible to help those working across all UK nurseries.”
