Secure your spot at NMT Nursery Agenda North

After a very successful NMT Agenda South West we are now gearing up for our next Agenda on 6 October at Worsley Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club. Don’t forget to reserve your place

Come and join us for a busy day of speed networking and discussions with colleagues and new faces in the sector. If you want to reserve your slot, email Caroline Bowern at [email protected]

This is a free event.  This nursery forum will allow providers to meet with key suppliers in face to face meetings during the day to discuss their requirements and see if they can do business together.

All the meetings will be held in a large attractive room.  The suppliers will sit at specific tables and the providers move between them using a pre-arranged timetable of meetings to guide them.  The meetings last fifteen minutes with five minutes ‘movement’ time and are split between the morning and afternoon with a good buffet lunch between.

Keynote speaker

We are excited to welcome Jennie Johnson, MBE to this event as our keynote speaker.

Hugely passionate about improved outcomes for every child and frustrated with the one size fits all approach currently available, Jennie had a eureka moment in January 2021 and she had founded My First Five Years Ltd by the end of the week. Her latest venture is an educational platform and child development app to support and empower parents.

The My First Five Years App gives parents unparalleled access to expert knowledge and timely advice to guide their child(ren) through the unique journey of their first five years. The My First Five Years App is a trusted “go to app” that parents can rely on, with ‘best in class’ technology, offering
expert produced, scientifically informed, research backed information with genuine authenticity, providing parents what they need when they need it.

Prior to My First Five Years, Jennie was the founder and chief executive of the multi-award winning Kids Allowed, when she was faced with Hobson’s choice whilst looking for childcare for her 2nd child. As popular with her colleagues as she was with mums and dads, in 2016, she was awarded an MBE for services to apprenticeships and in 2017, Jennie was awarded “CEO of the Year” (the first female to win) at the UK Private Business Awards. In 2019, Jennie won the prestigious title of “Business Woman of the Year”
