The second Nursery Managers Show will take place in London in November 2023, following a successful launch event in Birmingham this month.

Nursery Managers Show Vol 2 will take place at ExCel London on 24 and 25 of November, and will be free to attend. Hosted by television presenter, journalist and author, Lorraine Kelly, the show will include a central entertainment stage, as well as four core streams of content: Operational Excellence, Wellbeing, Free CPD, and Technology.

The show aims to build on the success of the first Nursery Managers Show, hosted by Davina McCall, which took place at Birmingham NEC on 30 June and 1 July 2023. Managers were able to access a wide range of practical and informative learning sessions, network with colleagues and suppliers, and enjoy entertainment from Boyzlife.

Leanne Thackray, nursery manager at Handkerchief Day Nursery in Derby, said: “I’ve attended sessions on curriculum building, Ofsted, wellbeing and carrying out a learning walk. I have really enjoyed chatting to other managers and finding out about their experiences.”

Harriet Sharp, managing director of The Exwick Ark family of three nurseries, said: “I have been here for both days. It has been really good, the quality of speakers has been fantastic and I am taking loads of helpful pointers back to our settings. We have also had lots of great conversations with the exhibitors.”
