Partou, a major childcare provider in the Netherlands, acquired Just Childcare Ltd and All About Children Ltd in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

The group officially announces the merger of the two organisations under a single unified name – Partou.

Partou nurseries are known for their “microcosmos” approach whereby individual settings act as mini communities, allowing children discover the wider world in a fun, safe and trusted environment. Together with peers, they develop important skills for their role as active participants in the world of tomorrow.

Furthermore, through its commitment to its team, the environment and the communities it serves Partou is now B Corp certified. The merger provides an opportunity to combine the knowledge and experience of all three organisations to offer families in the UK a higher quality of childcare service, matching that of its Dutch counterparts.

Since 2015, Just Childcare has established itself as one of the larger childcare providers in the UK, having grown from seven settings in 2015 to 64 settings located across the North West, Yorkshire and the South West. 

Over the years, the organisation has invested significantly in quality learning environments for children, support to families and ongoing professional development for staff, as well as increasing the number of childcare places.

All About Children has simultaneously been providing high quality childcare to families and local communities across the South East, Midlands and London with over 40 nurseries and preschools. Regularly recognised as one of the top recommended nursery groups across the UK, children in its care learn and develop in an environment that fuels the imagination in a safe and secure environment.

The key objectives of the merger are to harness the expertise from all three organisations to implement positive change and invest in our nurseries, enabling the group to develop a better future for childcare under a brand name that is trusted and recognised. 

Merger aims to make Partou one of the top five leading nursery group in the UK.
