Nursery welcomes fitness star Joe Wicks

Bright Little Stars Nursery in Barnet welcomed fitness coach and author Joe Wicks for a special visit as part of his Movement Hour initiative.
Wicks led a lively exercise session, answered children’s questions and read them a story. The event was part of the nationwide Movement Hour campaign, an initiative which aimed to encourage businesses and organisations to dedicate one hour each day to physical activity throughout March.
Nursery manager Karma Kaur said: “Joe’s energy and enthusiasm made exercising so much fun, and the children were captivated by his storytelling. It was truly inspiring to see them so engaged and active.”
“We were so excited to welcome Joe to our Barnet nursery,” said Kelly Dunn, area manager for Bright Little Stars. “It’s wonderful for the children to see someone they know and admire championing healthy habits in such a fun and personal way. His visit really reinforced the values we strive to build into our daily routines.”
