Nursery group partners with mental health service

The Old Station Nursery has partnered with mental health service Self Space to support staff wellbeing.
All line managers across the group will receive mental health training as well as gaining access to an online community hub, while employees will be able to access therapy-led support.
“This partnership with Self Space reflects the heart of who we are,” said Tamsyn Allington, chief people officer at The Old Station Nursery. “Wellbeing is not a benefit – it’s a necessity. We want our teams to feel supported, seen, and valued, and to know they’re never alone. Self Space brings something different: immediate, human, and approachable support that fits into real life.”
