N Family Club coaching programme launches
N Family Club has announced the launch of its brand new N Academy programme, ‘N Coaching: A Toolkit for Success.’
The first of three courses within the toolkit, titled ‘N able: Coach, Lead, Succeed’ is an ILM Assured Programme which will explore the fundamentals of coaching, how to use coaching techniques in conversations, and will identify the skills required to coach effectively.
The Institute of Coaching highlights the importance of coaching in development, with over 70% of those who receive coaching benefiting from improved performance, relationships and more effective communication skills. N Family Club believes that by equipping early years leaders with techniques for effective coaching, team members will feel empowered to succeed, whatever their role.
N Family Club coaching programme
N Family Club’s head of academy, Louisa Devonport said, “We are committed to supporting team members in achieving their “dreams of all sizes”, and we believe coaching is a fundamental aspect of leadership. I am excited to be launching this brand new N Academy programme. Emerging leaders and leaders at N Family Club also benefit from having access to executive business support which will encourage them to excel during their career with us.”
In addition to the new programme, the N Academy offers a range of learning and development opportunities to support team members, from N Family Foundation Awards for those new to the company or sector, to Leadership Programmes which provide stretch and challenge for those looking to progress.
Initiatives like this programme from N Family can help tackle retention issues across their business and the wider sector. Currently there is a massive push to attract more people into early years and part of that will be offering career development that highlights the many avenues available for people to pursue if they want to.
With the cost-of-living crisis impacting the workforce, employers need to look for ways to help them progress.
