N Family Club has published its Benefits Report for the upcoming year, showcasing a number of new offerings which aim to reward team members across a growing number of nursery sites

At the forefront of the benefits package is the group’s significantly increased nursery discount, offering a 40% reduction in fees for permanent team members, as well as a timely focus on financial wellbeing through its new pension provider and partnerships with Wagestream, MyGym and Each Person’s platforms.

The discount on nursery fees has been greatly improved and is now an equal amount for all permanent team members, enabling me to send my child to an N nursery. The group has introduced the Wagestream app to its team members, providing them with real time access to a portion of earned wages ahead of payday. Additionally, N Family Club has partnered with Each Person’s and MyGym, exclusive discount platforms which provide savings on gym memberships as well as groceries, retail, and outings, equating to an average annual saving of £2000.

Alongside the core package and ‘firm favourites’ such as bonus schemes, Personal Development Fund and Round the World trip, the benefits package is split into mental, physical and financial wellbeing to highlight a focus on flexibility, personal and professional wellbeing and work-life balance for hard-working teams. Professional development opportunities, Managers’ Packages and Long Service Benefits are clearly signposted, enabling team members to clearly see what’s available to them at each point of their career.

Long-term commitment rewards continue to feature in N Family Club’s benefits package, and this year the group have unveiled a 10-year service milestone with an ‘Out of This World Trip’. Expanding on the current 5-year service milestone, the new addition provides individuals with £2000 net in their pockets and 2 weeks of additional paid leave when they reach 10-years of service.
