Moto Hospitality partners with Busy Bees

Leading motorway services operator Moto Hospitality has joined forces with Busy Bees to offer its colleagues more childcare support

The partnership offers Moto’s 5,500 employees a 10% discount on childcare fees at any of Busy Bees national network of more than 350 nurseries.

Emma James, head of colleague experience and communications at Moto Hospitality, said: “Our company’s purpose is to brighten people’s journeys through life – and that means caring for our own staff as well as the millions of customers we welcome to our 52 sites every year.

“This practical childcare solution is part of a suite of family friendly benefits we have established to support working parents. We also direct our parents to some of the expert advice Busy Bees posts on its website to share best practice and great educational ideas.

“Hospitality is such a competitive industry and the whole sector has struggled with recruitment since the Covid-19 pandemic. We understand how important it is to offer good benefits and conditions to attract and retain the best people.”

Busy Bees is the UK’s largest childcare provider and has four decades of experience in providing an exceptional, practical and child-centred approach to early years education.

The group offers childcare solutions so that employers can offer working parents a workplace benefit.

Whether through buying nursery places for emergency childcare or offering a childcare discount, Busy Bees childcare solutions help businesses retain people longer, hire top talent, improve employee wellbeing, and foster workplace equality.

Antony Morrison, business sales director at Busy Bees at Work, added: “At a time when companies need to recruit and retain the best talent, we understand that it is so important for families to feel supported and have viable childcare options available to them.

“There is huge value in adding a childcare solution to your list of employee benefits and it’s great that Moto Hospitality is now able to offer further support to its working parents.”
