Melrose Nursery invests in fourth setting

Melrose Nursery has bought Spire View Nursery in Salisbury, bringing its total portfolio up to four.
Spire View Nursery, registered to care for up to 65 children aged three months to five years, has been owned by KiddiGalore since 2006. It was brought to market because the operator wanted to exit the market in this location to concentrate on her setting closer to home.
Rose Lee and Melanie Johnson, owners at Melrose Nursery, said, “We have found a place we truly love. This is an excellent addition to our group, and we are excited to grow this business.”
The sale was facilitated by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co. Rachel Godwin, business agent – childcare & education at Christie & Co, said, “I was so pleased to help Mel and Rose in the purchase of Spire View Nursery, their first in Wiltshire. I look forward to seeing the changes they implement at Spire View Nursery. It wasn’t plain sailing throughout the sales process, but we got there in the end, and I am excited to visit the setting in the coming weeks and see how things are developing.”
