Little Angels Childcare Group opens nursery in former children’s centre
The Little Angels Childcare Group has opened a nursery in a former children’s centre in Oxfordshire.
Southmoor Little Angels, which opened this week in Abingdon, will provide childcare for children from six months to four years of age.
The former children’s centre building has been refurbished with the help of a £35,000 grant from Oxfordshire County Council.
John Howson, Oxfordshire County Council’s cabinet member for children, education and young people’s services, said: “The new nursery in Southmoor will provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children, delivered by an experienced Oxfordshire childcare provider.”
Kaye Merriman, director of Little Angels Childcare Group, said: “We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new nursery in Southmoor, providing for the educational and developmental needs of young children. With a focus on providing a nurturing and enriching environment, we are committed to offering high-quality inclusive education and care that fosters a love for learning.”
Southmoor Little Angels is Little Angels Childcare Group’s second setting, joining Little Angels Marcham, which launched in 2007.
