Busy Bees sends staff to Asia on exchange programme

Nursery group Busy Bees has selected nine team members to take part in an international talent exchange programme to Asia.
The team members, including a nursery manager, room managers and assistant managers, will join a cohort of 30 colleagues from across the world on a journey to Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia from October 14.
The team will spend three weeks working in local Busy Bees nurseries, exploring the latest global trends in early years care and education, and collaborating on innovative projects.
Emma Langford, European people director for Busy Bees, said: “We are delighted to offer this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to nine of our dedicated colleagues this year. As the only early learning provider offering such a programme, this is a unique chance for our team members to expand their knowledge, share best practices and contribute to early years projects.”
The team members were chosen in recognition of their commitment and dedication. The Talent Exchange Programme aims to give Busy Bees employees hands-on experience of early years care and education operations in another country, as well as sharing international best practices and different working cultures.
