Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Lysth Nursery in Hither Green, South East London.

Lysth Nursery is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’, profitable day nursery that can accommodate up to 48 children from birth to five years. The setting operates from a well-located converted property with a large outdoor play area – a rarity in many parts of London – and attracts parents from the local area and those commuting into central London.

Lysth Nursery was established by Ms Shukun Li in 2015 and was recently brought to market to allow her to pursue other career interests outside of the sector.

Following a confidential sales process with Christie & Co, it has sold to the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) Nurseries, which takes the group to 40 settings across the capital.

Lysth Nursery was sold for an undisclosed price.
