Little Birches acquires Berkshire nursery
Bishopswood Day Nursery was established in 2004 by Ms Dawn Gillett, who converted the property into a day nursery which has the capacity for up to 127 children.
The nursery sits within two acres of land and the children are able to enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis.
Little Birches, which owns three other settings, has purchased the nursery. Director, Mr Glen Jones, stated: “Little Birches is a nature-based childcare business that endeavours to provide a superior level of care. We hope to build on the exceptional work that Dawn has carried out for 18 years and create a truly special setting for all to enjoy.”
Sophie Willcox, director at Christie & Co, added: “I am delighted to have worked for Dawn in finding her someone to carry on her legacy. I wish Glen the best of luck with the nursery and all the success for the future.”
