Kids Planet Training Academy receives recognition from Elevate
Kids Planet Training Academy in Knutsford has been given Elevate EBP Patron status, for the valued work the organisation has done in partnership with Elevate EBP during 2021, delivering quality careers support to young people in Liverpool.
Gill Mason, head of training and development at Kids Planet, said:
“We are delighted to receive this recognition from Elevate for the support we have given in Liverpool City Region. We are passionate about raising awareness of the many careers available at Kids Planet within the early years workforce through our high-quality apprenticeships.”
Kids Planet has spoken at events promoting apprenticeships, attended career events, led mock interviews and continuously challenges stereotypes within the early years sector, with the continued ‘men in childcare’ campaign branching out into sports coach traineeships, and apprentice chef roles.
Laura Grigsby, head of education & learning at Elevate EBP, said:
“Elevate EBP have introduced this initiative to recognise local businesses like yourself who have gone above and beyond in the most challenging of circumstances. The team at Elevate wanted to start 2022 celebrating the good! By supporting our activities, you have played a valued role in raising aspirations, informing career guidance and preparing the workforce of the future.”
