Kids Planet Day Nurseries have successfully acquired Learning Curve Nursery Group, five nurseries including Out of School Clubs, located in Lytham St Anne’s and Blackpool.

This latest acquisition takes the group to 65 settings across the UK, providing care to more than 9000 children.

Learning Curve Nursery Group has been operating since 2001 and has an excellent reputation in their local communities having been set up by Simon and Helen Turpie. Learning Curve Nursery Group offer full day care facilities for children from birth to five years old, as well as Out of School Club for up to 12 years.

Speaking about the latest acquisition, Clare Roberts, chief exec at Kids Planet said:
