Kids Inc celebrate Gravesend opening
Kids Inc Nurseries celebrated the opening of their newest nursery in Gravesend
The Mayor of Gravesham kindly joined the nursery to mark the opening. The launch welcomed over 50 guests, including the Mayor and Mayoress of Gravesham, local councillors and dignitaries, lots of children and parents, representatives from the local early years department, as well as a number of the nursery’s suppliers.
The nursery will cater for over 90 children. The children’s rooms are equipped with industry leading furniture and equipment. The setting also has a few chickens and rabbits already in residence.
Supporting our suppliers
The opening was a great opportunity to welcome the teams from Community Playthings and KCS so that they could see for themselves how their furniture and supplies have helped us to create safe and stimulating ‘home from home’ environments for the children.
Supporting local businesses
Kids Inc Nurseries are committed to supporting the local communities in the areas where the nurseries are based. Hence, in preparation for the event, the team sourced the cakes, balloons, gazebos, entertainment and soft play from local businesses.
Operations manager, Stevie Deeble, commented: “A truly fabulous day! Well done to everyone involved. Feeling super proud and thankful to be a part of something so special. Teamwork really does make the dream work! We are so excited to share our nursery with the Gravesend community.”
