Nursery Deputy Kitchen Manager to start ASAP

About You

We are looking for someone with previous catering experience and with experience managing operations of a kitchen/catering function

You will have a good understanding and proven experience in ordering food and monitoring budgets and expenditure.

It would be advantageous to have a Catering Qualification.

A clear and valid DBS is paramount and overseas applicants will need a clear and valid certificate of good conduct. Please note we will conduct a suitability check prior to interview.

Your Responsibilities and Duties will involve:

Ensure health and hygiene standards are met
Excellent knowledge on allergen management
All food produced within the kitchen is of set standards
Develop positive relationships within the team
Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget
Maintain a five star EHO rating
This role will be 6am-1pm Monday – Friday – 35 hours a week
