This is a full-time position. (Monday – Friday) We offer an attractive salary of National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage, with flexible interview dates available.

As a Maintenance Person, you are reliable, responsible, thorough, and motivated. You will be responsible for overseeing all of our Bristol Nurseries. You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Snapdragons Cribbs Causeway is a stunning, purpose-built nursery, flooded with natural light through floor to ceiling windows and skylights in all the rooms, which are beautifully resourced with natural wood furniture. This modern nursery is a dream to work in with all the rooms leading off a central corridor accessed through a double height atrium. It’s temperature controlled with air con and under-floor heating and all the rooms open onto zoned garden areas which are equipped with incredible, challenging natural wood play structures and planted with trees and wildflowers. This bustling new area of South Gloucestershire is expanding fast, and the nursery is proud to be able to offer employment to local residents who could easily walk to work. Alternatively, buses run regularly to Cribbs Causeway from all the surrounding areas, including South Wales, and there is ample parking and even a couple of electric vehicle charging points so access is easy. A new train station is in the pipeline providing direct links to Bristol City Centre. This nursery is new and filling fast with a capacity for 180 children aged 0-5, so the workforce is growing and we’re looking for lots of excited new team members.
