ICP Education take their first steps into the North West with group acquisition
National operator ICP Education take their first steps into the North West with the purchase of Future Champions.
ICP was established in 2016 and now operate 52 nurseries throughout the UK.
Future Champions is a prestigious group of two freehold children’s day nurseries located in Horwich and Chorley. The group was founded by husband and wife team, Hannah and Chris Twist. Hannah has worked in the childcare industry since 1996, occupying senior management positions, and Chris is a property developer.
The group has a combined capacity of 200 children with a strong management team in place. This has led to both settings receiving strong Ofsted ratings of ‘outstanding’ and ‘good’.
Our clients decided to sell as they wished to focus on their other business interests and are delighted with the outcome.
Childcare broker Karrina Lee stated: “It has been an absolute pleasure completing the sale to ICP Education, especially since it is their first steps into the North West. From launch to sale agreed took just 20 days with multiple bids received which highlights the strength of our corporate sales Process and the current demand for quality childcare settings throughout the UK.”
