Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of South Wonston Day Nursery in the Hampshire village of South Wonston.

Established over 40 years ago, South Wonston Day Nursery is a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated setting which offers day care to up to 30 children aged two to four years and after school club care to children aged four to eight years.

The nursery is situated in a single storey, converted property with plenty of outside space in the Hampshire village of South Wonston.

Previous owner, Anita Francis, acquired South Wonston Day Nursery in 2002 and, after 20 years of managing and owning the setting, she decided to retire from the sector and enjoy new ventures.  

Following a confidential sales process, the setting has been sold to a pair of local operators.

South Wonston Day Nursery was sold for an undisclosed price.
