Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Elm Park Nursery in Clapham, South West London.

Elm Park is a well-presented freehold day nursery that is well known for providing high-quality childcare for up to 118 children. There is an excellent long-standing management team in situ who are also Montessori accredited. 

The nursery has been purchased by Cresswell Nurseries, taking them to 13 nurseries across the UK.

Elm Park Nursery was sold at an undisclosed price.
