First Friends opens baby nursery

First Friends has opened a Baby Day Nursery next door to its nursery in Wootey, Alton.
Until now the Wootey nursery has catered for children from the age of one year but the new setting will accommodate babies from the age of six months.
Paul Smith, director of First Friends, said: “We wouldn’t have been able to expand our nursery if it weren’t for the financial contributions from Alton Town Council and Hampshire County Council. We are also incredibly grateful to Wootey Infant and Junior School for allowing us to extend our day nursery on their school grounds. This collaboration has been instrumental in bringing this project to life.”
