Fennies to launch new setting in Raynes Park

Fennies, one of the fastest growing nursery groups for under-fives, is due to open a new site in Raynes Park in November.

Fennies Nurseries, which has 11 sites around London, Surrey and Kent, is currently redeveloping a site in Raynes Park to welcome up to 94 children under the age of five.

Children will have access to a custom designed garden to provide outdoor space and an enhanced approach to the early years curriculum which well-being activities, a STEM programme, focused art sessions, language lessons taught by Linguistics Coaches and PE and yoga sessions.

The new nursery will feature a sensory experience for children aged 3 months – 2 years to enable multi skill development along with virtual readalongs, music classes and Messy Play Mondays, all of which are proving popular with parents in other Fennies nurseries.  One mum commented, “my little one was transfixed and really enjoyed the reading and pointing at the pictures” whilst another said “it was wonderful and so engaging! My little boy loved it, as did we.”

The new nursery will also offer an exclusive space for parents to work or relax whilst their child plays, and an onsite chef-prepared meal service, Fennies Fresh, that lets parents order during the day and collect when picking up their kids.

Steven Fenn, co-founder and director of Fennies, commented:

“We’re delighted to be launching Raynes Park to create a bespoke environment designed specifically with early years in mind, like our other award-winning nurseries. We expect this to be a place for both parents and children to enjoy and we look forward to the engagement and positivity Fennies will bring to Raynes Park families.”

In 2020, Fennies won NMT (Nursery Management Today’s) Nursery Group of the Year Award.
