Learn about self-compassion on International Self-care Day
Able Futures is running a free webinar on Monday 24 July, International Self-care Day. It will cover how being compassionate to ourselves is an important way to support mental wellbeing, and how Able Futures can help support people with things that may be affecting their time at work, so they can learn new ways to feel better.
