Employee appreciation month: ‘MAY I Say Thank You’
As restrictions begin to lift and life starts to return to some normality, it can be easy to forget all that our pandemic heroes did to keep us safe.
However, it is the opposite for Kiddi Caru and Dicky Birds Day Nurseries. As restrictions ease, they have taken the opportunity to show their staff teams just how much they appreciate all the hard work and dedication they have demonstrated.
The childcare group is dedicating the month of May to show their appreciation to all employees expressing the key message ‘MAY I Say Thank You’. From gifts and treats to messages of thanks from management, colleagues and families – we have received an overwhelmingly positive response from the initial launch of the campaign from parents.
Nursery staff have been treated to a range of little tasty treats to kick off the celebrations, including breakfast stations with a range of options to give them a perfect start to the day. As well as, sweets, donuts and cookies with heartfelt and humorous messages such as, ‘We donut know what we would do without you,’ and ‘No matter how the cookie crumbles, you are the best.’
Lydia Hopper, managing director, Grandir UK, commented: “We have created ‘MAY I Say Thank You’ in recognition and celebration of how our teams continue to work tirelessly for our families, our children, our colleagues and for each other. I know that we continue to have a positive impact in the lives of so many people who also appreciate us”.
