Edinburgh nursery buys playgroup

Outdoor Nursery Edinburgh has acquired The Bees Knees Playgroup in Currie, Midlothian in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr (RDK).
The Bees Knees Playgroup operates from within the Currie Community Centre. The sale, handled by Laura Ryan, sales negotiator for childcare and education at RDK, was completed above the asking price. This acquisition allows Outdoor Nursery Edinburgh to expand its presence in early years education, while continuing to serve families across the Currie area.
“The Bees Knees is a truly charming nursery with a strong community presence,” said Ryan. “We’re thrilled to have helped secure new ownership with Outdoor Nursery Edinburgh, which shares the same commitment to nurturing young children and building on the setting’s well-earned reputation.”
