Buckinghamshire nursery group sold to La Maison Bleue
Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of Little Roos Day Nursery, a group of three excellent childcare settings in Buckinghamshire.
The nursery group has a combined capacity of 166 children from 3 months to 5 years of age and has cemented a superb reputation in the county for providing exemplary levels of childcare. This is reflected by the settings’ Ofsted ratings, with one nursery holding an ‘Outstanding’ rating, one nursery assessed as ‘Good’ and the final setting yet to be inspected.
Additionally, the staff across all settings contribute to the reputation of the business with a robust management structure in place. Furthermore, all childcare professionals employed by Little Roos Day Nursery are extensively qualified.
Clients, Mr and Mrs Arora, wished to sell the nursery group in order to facilitate their retirement and. Within one month of instruction, the business received an offer from the buyer La Maison Bleue Group.
La Maison Bleue Group are a corporate operator originating from France and own nurseries in the UK, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Having previously bought a nursery via RDK, La Maison Bleue were attracted to Little Roos Day Nursery due to the excellent location and group opportunity it presented. Upon completion of their new acquisition, the buyers intend to incorporate it into their existing group.
