Giggles Galore, a well-respected private children’s day nursery has been sold to a local operator looking to expand their services in the area.
Situated in the East Midlands town of Spalding, the independent nursery and education setting offers all-year-round care and indoor and outdoor learning for children aged 0-5. The nursery has successfully operated since 2014 and during that time has earned a truly enviable reputation, with historically healthy occupancy levels and enjoys regular referrals and recommendations.
There is an experienced complement of qualified staff members in place, which is another factor of the nursery’s success and on-going reputation. The business operates from an impressive and imposing detached two-storey property, which has been converted offering spacious and versatile nursery accommodation.
Mark Dale, owner of Giggles Galore, placed the business on the market as he wished to fulfil other business interests. The nursery was eventually sold to Country Kids Day Nursery, a local operator looking to expand their services across the Midlands.
Upon completion of the sale, Mark said: ‘I’ve had a pleasant, extremely friendly and reliable service provided by knowledgeable staff at Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
‘All the staff were willing to go the extra mile to support me through the process and always on hand to answer any queries, a 5-star service all round.
‘I wanted a buyer with drive and enthusiasm that had the best interests of existing staff at heart and RDK delivered.
‘I would highly recommend Redwoods Dowling Kerr. Sarah Ellison in particular has driven the sale forward and been in regular contact throughout, providing regular updates and any actions as appropriate.’
Senior Sales Negotiator Sarah Ellison said: ‘It has been a pleasure working with Mr Dale to allow him to sell his business so he can pursue other business interests and hand over his successful business to an experienced operator adding to her lovely chain of day nurseries.
‘We wish Country Kids Day Nursery all the best with her new acquisition.’
