2020 saw Step Start Mountnessing Nursery, (in Essex), make changes to its catering provision and appoint respected meals provider, apetito, as its new catering partner. Our three-part series, which follows Step Start as it undertook a journey of change, has looked to help and support nurseries who may be faced with similar catering challenges in exploring the reasons for change and finding the right partner.
