Elmscot Day Nursery and Nursery School in Nantwich, Cheshire, has been sold to local operating group, La Maternelle Ltd with the support of business property adviser, Christie & Co.

The setting, just 5 minutes from Nantwich town centre, is located on a large plot of land with beautiful outdoor play areas. The nursery is ideal for those working in local business parks and within the town centre.

It’s a freehold setting and has recently been refurbished, showcasing vibrant and welcoming playrooms that are supported by a highly qualified and skilled team.

The nursery was established by its current owners, Elmscot Day Nurseries Ltd, who own seven settings located in Cheshire and South Manchester. The group took the decision to sell the nursery as its geographical location was not ideal for the other settings.

The nursery has been purchased by La Maternelle Ltd, an expanding local childcare operator who already run two high quality day nurseries; one in Wistaston, near Crewe, and one in Sandbach.

The two parties formed a solid relationship from start to finish, which encouraged the sale to continue and complete despite the current conditions.’
