Business property adviser, Christie & Co, have expanded its childcare and education team with the appointment of David Eaves, who joins the company as a childcare business agent.

Prior to joining Christie & Co, David was a business development director at Little Garden Day Nursery. There he was responsible for the company’s growth strategy following a private equity led management buy-out.

He also brings with him a wealth of experience in the sector. He spent ten years at Bright Horizons Family Solutions where he worked most recently as the head of M&A, taking responsibility for the company’s merger and acquisition strategy and activity in the UK and Ireland, and securing notable transactional deals for the likes of London based Zoom Nurseries and Little Unicorn Nursery Group, and Hampshire based Yellow Dot Nurseries.
